Mediators recognize that lawyers, paralegals, and scheduling assistants do not want to waste time coordinating multiple calendars to schedule a mediation.  Our system makes it easy to determine mediator and counsel availability.  Once counsel contacts us with several possible dates, we will either confirm the date or send a link to when2meet so that all parties and counsel can participate in coordinating calendars.

Just follow these steps:

  1.  Review with opposing counsel;
  2. Email and request  the proposed days;
  3. If the date is acceptable to all,  you will receive a confirming email and you can then send the Notice of Mediation to all parties and the clerk;
  4. If the date is not set on the first call, you will receive an email with a link to so that multiple parties may install their availability and we can find a mutually acceptable date.
